I’ve had a leaking overflow from my toilet for sometime now. I’ve contacted several plumbers who have either said the job was too small for them to be interested or quoted outrageous call-out charges. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful ‘A Man Who Can’ was when I phoned. As the job wasn’t urgent I was told they would send someone in 2-3 days. 2 days later I got a call and John turned up as promised. He explained what the problem was and went to great lengths to keep the fix to a minimum. The repair wasn’t as straightforward as he had expected, but he stayed with it, and kept smiling. I would certainly recommend ‘A Man who Can’. Further more I was happy with cost, it made a nice change not feel ripped off.

Dan was absolutely brilliant in every aspect of his job. I had an emergency and rang him on a Sunday and he came out that same day to show me his security systems and give me his recommendations to what my studio should have. We then organised a date asap to get everything installed.

I gave my dishwasher away about a month ago and although the pipe lever was off the pipe was dripping..well because it was the cupboard under the sink, I was unaware as I don't go to it much..well the water caused the adjacent cupboard wall to fall apart and I was suddenly in a right mess!! I called A Man Who Can and explained my dilemma..the chap on the phone was very clear on the rates and said he would try to get somebody out later that day and if not possible, then the next day..that seemed very fair. I was delighted to receive a call about three hours later, saying John was on his way. He did a swift and thorough job, explaining what had happened and why..he also gave me valuable advice about drying out any dampness in the floor. He also left everything clean and tidy and was a very amiable, pleasant chap. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company..Finally, I received the bill the next day and it was very reasonable indeed. 5/5
