Very professional, courteous and understanding. We had a problem (our own fault) and it was quickly resolved by Sue, who helped us choose the correct mattress. Sue was very patient and respectful with us and ensured we were happy with our final choice. Just like the good old days when excellent service and fair prices were the norm.

I have to say Gavin, is one of the funniest accountants I have met, I don't think I know another accountant that makes P/L and budgets so much fun!
