What an excellent service! Last month I contacted Jan, the owner, for a flower delivery in Belgium. I was quite precise with my demand: I wanted to send mimosas to my mother. Unknown to me, the mimosa crop was nearly inexistant in February this year, and my mother did not receive any. She received instead a wonderful and bright assorment of different white flowers, the best the company could think of as a replacement. My mother was delighted. It is the first time I send flowers this way but I will definitely use Blue again for any flower gift to distant friends or family. I am pleased to recommend Blue for Jan's personalized and creative approach, and for her professionalism and efficiency. The shop also sells other gifts, which are unusual, tasteful, and very tempting! It will make Blue my first port of call next Chrismas again...
