I love Utopia as Kerry (my hairdresser) always makes my hair look fantastic which makes me feel really good about myself. On nights out I'm always getting compliments about my hair and asked where I get it done. The staff at Utopia are always very friendly and helpful you never leave feeling disappointed. Wouldn't go anywhere else love love love it!!!

Always friendly and relaxed despite being a busy place, Utopia makes the effort (without obviously trying) to put you at ease, to remember you and to listen to what you want. Head massages are always offered and the chairs used to sit in whilst being shampooed are massage chairs which are fine after a busy week. There is always a courtesy phone call to remind you of your appointment a couple of days beforehand and a loyalty scheme enables you build up a saving from one of your next appointments.

All the staff are very friendly, just like one big happy family. All are also knowledgeable and offer a range of suggestions to help you should you wish to change style. It's more like going to a friend's place where you also get your hair cut. (But well)
