The latest restaurant to open in Henley is the Giggling Squid. Owned by Andy and Pranee Laurillard, this is their 5th restaurant to open. Their Thai chefs add spices imported from Thailand to fresh local ingredients to create original dishes and traditional Thai restaurant favourites.
According to Tom Parker-Bowles on BBC Radio 4’s Food Programme this weekend the hot dog is set to follow in the footsteps of the beef burger in an up-market rebirth.
