Ian has been caring for our lawn for about 3 years and the difference he has made is remarkable! From a very mossy lawn full of dandelions, daisies and other weeds to a weed and moss-free lush green one in a surprisingly short space of time....
During Hospice Care week, 5th – 11th October 2015 we’d love everyone who has ever been touched by the support offered by Beaumond House or who would like to help us to raise as much money as possible with our ‘Be Bright Blue for Beaumond House’ campaign.
Ahoy, me hearties! Come walk the plank (the streets of Loughborough) and make a real difference to our region’s most seriously ill children.
We’re very excited about our annual Moonlight Walk. If you haven’t guessed, we have a Pirate theme – and we’ll be allowing men to take part too!
Starring The Military Wives Choir, The Fron Choir ("Voices of the Valley") and a massed Male Voice Choir from all over Leicestershire.

Adventurous participants will get the rare opportunity to abseil from the 212ft tower, the second highest cathedral tower in the country and for the more daring this year there will be the opportunity to see Derby City by night with the chance to complete the abseil at night! Those doing the abseil will climb the 189 steps of the historic 212ft high tower to the top and enjoy perhaps the finest views of Derby city center. They will then make an exciting descent back to the ground by abseiling down the outside of the tower. All the money will be split equally between Rainbows and Derby Cathedral.
