From my first enquiry, the response from Fortis was prompt and professional. (Another local firm never even returned my call!). John visited to give me a quote a few days after I called them. Everything was clear and I confirmed my order soon after. I was happy with the price and I’m delighted with my new front door and windows. Highly recommended!

Lovely location and comfy accommodation with quaint buildings and shops.
The room was very comfortable and nice and warm as it was a very cold day. We were only there for one day at a family wedding so couldn't take advantage of the spa facilities.
The shower was just the large square overhead type which made it difficult to shower without getting your hair wet. A smaller hand held shower attachment with bracket would have been better. We would have expected breakfast to be included at a daily price of £124.
