We stayed here for a romantic night away and the hotel did not disappoint. It isn’t too far from Middlebrook shops/restaurants so is handy if wanting to go out in the evenings. The room was lovely, bed was really comfy & spacious. Claire the hotel manager went above and beyond to decorate the room last minute and it was better than we could have expected. The breakfast is good quality, with a variety of cereals, fruits, yogurts to choose from as well as a cooked breakfast.
The reception staff on check in and check out were polite and helpful, especially as we have never stayed here before.
I would definitely recommend to others & stay here again if i’m in the area.

Complimentary weekend parking, lobby and Starbucks all good points. Beds very comfy and bathroom a nice big size. Good location, easy to find just off the motorway.
Room was dirty with marks up the walls and on furnishings and hairs on the bed.

These guys are just brilliant.
We had water coming through (and pooling on the floor after heavy rain) and mould around a gable window that the previous owners had installed.
We'd had a few quotes to replace the window, but G thought just from my photo of the outside that we probably needed a new lintel, driptray and weep holes above the window.
He came round to confirm his suspicions, and found us a builder to do the work - who took pictures of how bad the original job was. The existing lintel wasn't even resting on brick. The inside wall needed an internal lintel which would need to be put in later. But we still got the outside fixed AND the new window in the same day.
They then quoted a good price for putting the new lintel in, and a week or so later came round to fit it.
It may have cost a bit more than the original quotes, but not as much as you might think. And we got the problem fixed rather than a new window with the same problem. And as well as not having water running down the walls, the house won't fall down.
And while all this was happening we had a new baby in the house. Didn't disturb her at all. Or make any mess.
Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely , relaxing, well needed short break for us both.
Lovely room, large bed and excellent bathroom facilities with plenty of space to relax .( although we could hear a man who appeared to be worse for wear with drink continually shouting/ talking to his partner ! ) Spa and swimming area lovely ,not too busy and staff lovely. Excellent breakfast, very polite and welcoming staff. Food was very hot and well cooked.
We found some of the spa facilities unavailable in the evening. We ate in the outside pub late afternoon and I ordered pizza which was rather greasy.I did not realise until after that they used vegan cheese which probably accounted for this . An alternative cheese would be nice to customers who were not vegan
