Reflections lounge had about 20 seats .... no where near enough. Partner had broke her ankle the week before so on crutches....sadly no where for her to sit so had to leave. Breakfast disorganised...no coffee cups. No bread for toaster. No small plates. Breakfast option very limited with hardly any options available. No orange juice available either. Not what is expected sadly

The facilities outside of the room were good and the staff were friendly, The breakfast was good.
The main issue with the room itself was the bed. It squeaked loudly with every movement (which wasn’t ideal given we had a 5 month old sleeping in the room), and it had hidden poles at the end, which due to it being a small room my wife and I both stubbed our toes on (we ended up putting our bags there). I believe this was due to it being a pull down bed given the room is also used for hospitality. We told the front desk staff about this and his response was that he knew and the rooms need to be refurbished.

Corporate Summer Ball.
Was a corporate function with work colleagues and the hotel has access to the function suite. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel complex is fine. The location is not ideal for access to the M6 Southbound.

Room was great and pool facilities amazing. Bar staff excellent and breakfast was good.
The room was too hot, the fan halo thing made no effect at all, fortunately I had a bed near the window which I had to have open all night to get to sleep but this meant waking early due to M66 noise!

This company just over delivers everytime. I have used them on a few occassions and they just always deliver. They do what they promise. They just dont leave the boxes in the room they make sure all the furniture is put together. I cannot praise the team enough for their great service.
