Highly recommended. The outside drain backed up, and having never been in this situation before, I didn't have any trusted company to contact.
We're all worried about the possibility of cowboys charging excessive amounts for a poor quality job.
I'm happy I took a chance here as it paid off. Same day response and the block was cleared quickly. I was also shown the root cause of the block via the CCTV drain camera, so a permanent fix can now be arranged to avoid future blocks.
