We are really pleased with the work that George and his team carried out for us. Josh, Jack and Callum arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They were really friendly from start to finish. We decided on integral blinds between the glass. Josh explained how to use them and we are very happy with the result. Our rooms look brighter, lighter and airier with no fuss about curtains or blinds. George gave us a competitive quote too. 5+ stars from us. Thank you 😊

Not acceptable given the cost
I liked the pool and bed
Lady on reception was rude she didn’t explain things clearly I spent 20+ minutes trying to find my room the layout of the building is like a rat maze going up and down in several lifts before finding the correct floor that aside it took around 8 minutes to walk from my room to the lobby given I have mobility issues this isn’t acceptable there was no hair dryer in the room when I requested one it seemed like i wasn’t believed and waited 30 minutes for one to arrive Lastly there was building works being carried out within the building and across the river I had to close the blind for the duration of my stay

I rang the office on the Wednesday and Patrick came straight round to give me a quote. The quote was spot on so I booked them for the following day. Three young men arrived nice and early and they worked like pit ponies until the job was done. They were very pleasant and really went above and beyond as I was hardly sorted.
I will recommend them to everyone who needs anything moving. We will definitely use them again.

The whole process of removal was good. When Patrick came to visit yo he made a good impression. He understand my difficult situation and accommodated it. He was very willing to move few items from another address in Rugby free of cost . Julian in the office was very good as well. Scott and Chris who did the removal arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Over all I am extremely pleased. Their prices were reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. They accommodated my needs with out any fuss.

I loved this property our room was a great size, we were out in the cottages and it was so peaceful and picturesque.The bathroom was large and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.
