The Perfect Buying Experience..<br>Iv purchased many cars in my time but buying from Fish Motors definitely stands out as the best. From start to finish they were brilliant. I called to see if me and my partner could view the car and half hour later we turned up. Car was on the front ready to view. Ryan answered all of our questions, very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure what so ever. You could tell his intentions where to help us not just sell a car. The car was in excellent condition and the guys where spot on even the other guys in the office had time to talk to us and made us feel at home. We instantly got that feel good factor about the place and decided it was right to purchase from fish motors. We arranged collection for a few days later and again everything was organised and ready to go. Ryan took his time going through the paper work and didn't want to rush us. The car is great and I will definitely be looking to purchase from Fish Motors again in the near future. 5* from start to finish. Thank you very much to you all.

A great first time experience to travel alone and stay in a hotel
The rooms were very clean and great extras with tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries
Breakfast wasn't quite up to standards was all a bit hard and dry, cold breakfast was great

No real complaints and will stay again.
It’s obviously a fantastic location for match day. Staff all friendly and very helpful
Disappointed that the “penthouse” rooms are not pitch facing. I’d originally booked a pitch view room, I’d gotten a notification that I could “upgrade” my stay to the penthouse for an extra £24 which seemed reasonable. “Upgrading” was not what I’d expected, this is in part my fault for not reading that the upgrade is just the larger room without pitch view.

Great staff but facilities fell short this time.
I stayed in a different part of the hotel on this occasion and it didn't meet my expectation. The room was smaller than I've had in the past.
As a frequent visitor to the hotel; it would be beneficial to have perks and extras or reward of some kind. I like coming back because of the leisure facilities but the hotel doesn't have a loyalty reward programme. I have asked the management and they said they don't offer rewards which is a shame.

The spa facilities were amazing, the room was clean and a great size. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety.
