Nice hotel but the housing estate dampens the view from the Thermal Suite. Gym was good. Could be cleaner in the toilets. Tiles are a bit grubby but I understand it's hard to upkeep where there's so much water. Hairdryers are below par one didn't work at all, other didn't want to work. Changing room and dressing area definitely needs an upgrade. No straighteners or basic toiletries on the counter. Didn't think it was worth £30 each for the day pass. It was ok.

The team is really flexible and understood our needs.
The completion date was postponed, until the day before we did not know if we were moving or not.
They came to pack everything in our house, loaded 2 trucks, dismantled and put back 2 beds and 2 wardrobes. Trucks unloaded perfectly.
Until the day before we had our sofa and everything to use in the old house and the day after everything was put on the new one! Absolutely 100% reccomend!
