From the initial enquiry, quote process, booking in and amending move dates (via Patrick and Julian), through to the pack and move service itself. The removal team (Jake, Andy and Grant) were amazing. They were extremely efficient, friendly and professional. They took great care and nothing seemed to be too much of an ask for them. We loved spending our time at the Mercury. The staff was really helpful and friendly, in particular Asha, Adam and Ram which work at the bar. It's definitely a place where we will come back for our future visits to Manchester.
