Nice Relaxing Stay, Helpful & Friendly Staff
Room was excellent and spacious bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. Breakfast lovely and the staff in the restaurant, bar and reception very helpful and polite during our stay. We used the SPA on one occasion early evening and enjoyed the facilities which were very clean and relaxing. We will look to return next year !
Sadly the shower head old and when you moved it the plastic surround came off but easily clicked back in place, another recommendation would be to put some kind of shelf in the cubicle for soap, shampoo etc.....shower seemed older than the rest of the bathroom ? Another small comment would be to consider providing a toilet brush, just enables guests to keep everything lovely when other guests join you in your rooms lounge area. Did have an issue with the TV remote but reception solved eventually but took 2 nights

Great hotel, good price and friendly staff.
Easy check in, good facilities. Friendly staff.
It seems almost impossible to get a cup of coffee in the area (restaurants) after 10pm. That is also true of the hotel. While the bar still serves drinks they shut down the coffee machine. Not too sure why. Small thing but would have been nice to get a decent cup of coffee (not the instant room coffee) before retiring to bed.
