Beware of the slow bar staff. Little cohesion on the bar area, no one attending it, multiple roles being managed by one person, standing talking to tables rather than being at the bar serving.

We are having such a lovely stay at this hotel - we are visiting for a weekend fitness exhibition and the hotel is a very convenient location for the event.
We are keeping powered up by the tasty food in the restaurant. A big thankyou to Rochelle for looking after us and the chec for the super tasty meals thankyou

Absolute life savers! Literally!💯💯💯
Just finished a meeting with a client and realised I had no water in screenwash for my car and had to head out to Newcastle for another meeting. I kindly asked the village hotel staff as I was in hope they could help (as it was unsafe to drive. I asked Sophie for help, who pointed me to Rebecca at the bar, who gave me 2 litres of water to put in my car so I could safely travel to my next meeting. Absolutely blow away with this type of customer service above these 2 members of staff who could have said no.
Will return for more meetings and coffee just on that basis.
