definitely going again staff are very polite and helpful food is amazing we even had breakfast in bed the spa and swimming pool was fantastic and Oliver was a big help if we was confused about anything this place has become a perfect place for me and my wife and we are looking forward to going back ❤️

Lovely hotel will stay again
The hotel was lovely , and the spa was lovely and the room was a nice little cottage
All the staff were lovely that we dealt with , all I'd have to say is I heard the way some of the restaurant managers or I'm not sure they are but some dressed in a suit and a woman dressed in managers uniform , but the way they spoke to the staff sometimes were awful and you could see the staff working away and they were very polite but I didn't see the need to be spoken to the way they was

We Move Anything made our move seamless from start to finish. Even before moving day, everything went smoothly. Getting a quote, asking questions, and receiving the invoice was all straightforward thanks to Emily, who was always quick to respond and really helpful.
On the day, Chris, Luke, and Andy were amazing. They arrived on time, called when they were on their way, and kept us updated throughout. They were friendly, polite, and worked very efficiently.
They moved everything from our one-bedroom flat—including loading, driving, and unloading—in less than two hours. They also took great care with our fragile boxes & furniture, and made sure our mattress was properly protected.
We couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. A huge thank you to Chris, Luke, Andy and Emily. We'll definitely be recommending We Move Anything to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company!

Me and my partner went for afternoon tea at Mercure Bolton Georgian House Hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy.. the food and drinks that were served to our table were cute and amazing. The leader that served does called Eileen gave us the best experience we could have asked for and she was so polite.. we have told our friends and family about this place and the service that we was given and we will definitely be visiting this amazing hotel to be greeted once again by the friendless staff. Thank you so much from Kyle and Carly.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently whilst attending a family event. Check-in was quick and Maria was friendly, very professional and gave me a warm welcome whilst also acknowledging my membership. My room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and the layout was good too. Instructions on how to operate the AC was very good and helpful for guests. The bathroom was very clean, with a powerful shower and clean towels too. Breakfast was very good - Lots of variety and tasty so set you up for the day. The location of the hotel - 10 minutes to the city centre and 15 minutes walk to the train station - fantastic and next door to the bus station so very accessible. I would stay here again on my next visit to Preston - Highly Recommended!

I am not the best at visiting dentists usually. I find it anxiety provoking. This experience is very different. From reception staff through to the dentist and his assistants, I found them all to be friendly, professional and listened to my needs. I would not hesitate recommending this practice at Great Harwood, Blackburn, they have changed my views about having any treatment. Thank you

Planned tooth repair was scheduled. Having had an x-ray on the affected tooth, the Dr explained me the two treatments that could take place. I listened to the explanations. I decided on one course and the work started! Work completed I was sent off home. I was asked for input at most stages and appreciated the care and attention received.

Just checked out from a 5 night stay. Hotel is lovely and I really liked the spa. My daughter went swimming most nights, when home from filming and enjoyed herself too. Think the staff may have wondered what I had done with her during the day while I went in the spa :-) Thank you for the upgraded room! Suited us really well and we loved the space!
