Would definitely visit again
Hotel was excellent, staff were super friendly, and had 2 greats, one in drop inn pub and one in restaurant. Food and service was fantastic, and pool and spa facilities top drawer.
No complaints, shame pool table was out of order 😁

Nice place but felt let down by the customer service.
Good facilities and nice room
Breakfast staff - felt as if they didn’t want you to be there and you were an inconvenience.
Asked for a wake up call and it didn’t happen 2 out of 3 days. Excuse made the first morning, 2nd morning it wasn’t on their system and 3rd morning I had someone come and knock on the door.

comfortable, stress free environment with wonderful staff throughout both of my recent stays
The staff were amazing, friendly, supportive at a difficult time for myself. My room was considered by the manager who found me a peaceful, comfortable room.

A comfortable mid-range hotel. It disappoints a little is in its view and charging structure.
Good points:
- Really friendly and very helpful staff
- Clean comfortable rooms, with good sized bathroom and shower
- Good location if you need to be in North Bolton. Improvement Points:
- Charge for use of swimming pool. At an equivalent mid-range hotel, for example a Hilton, for guests, the gym and swimming pool are free ALL day.
- Charge for Breakfast - night before told it was £15, in the morning told it was £18 and only £15 if you booked the night before. Again a charging policy you would not associate with a mid-range hotel (e.g. Hilton) never mind a high-end hotel.

Nice to have a spa available - although it was a little tired, so I was glad to be travelling on business, not for pleasure. Lovely to have a little village available - ate in the pub (pie, would recommend). Room was clean and smart, new looking bathroom - only one big shower head, not also a smaller one, so it might've been useful to provide a shower cap
Breakfast was terrible - the worst I've ever seen. I asked for no mushroom and got one, the eggs were rubbery, the whole thing unappetising - I just made do with toast. Would stop by McD's next time instead

Everything from the beautiful location to the friendly, helpful staff.
Loved the courtyard setting of our accommodation. Difficult to find anything... maybe the pillows could have been slightly softer😂

Fabulous 3 night stay at the Last Drop Village. Will definitely be back.
Everything was fantastic. This is a hidden gem on the outskirts of Bolton. WE loved it. THe little village is very 'Emmerdale'. The staff super friendly and helpful. The venue is quaint and cosy. The Thermal Spa a real treat. Loved everything about it.
Only suggestion for improvement is the Out Building could do with an upgrade - interior is outdated and a tad worn however, the rooms were spotless nonetheless. Nothing to add.
