Hotel and fa militias great but food and service let it down
Food was decent but no coffee served. I think buffet styles work best
No drinks provided. Took coffee ordered but none arrived and it was that busy didn't see anyone to ask. On leaving the queues to get in to sit down were horrendous. Also food in the restaurant was not great, limited choices and Miller and carter prices for steaks thst were average.

Great staff, lovely spa and comfy rooms with pretty views over the surrounding hills
Spa Pool And Gym were all excellent, staff were lovely friendly and welcoming food and room were of a good quality. I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly, warm and welcoming.
Attentive and friendly reception staff. Room service went out of there way for us. Fantastic large family room! We will be back.

Nice stay, clean and tidy
Lovely hotel, great staff, spa looked great. Rooms were clean and tidy
The corridor through to the room moved as you walk on it. The stairs bend as you walk down to reception, the hall in the older block has a bad smell of lager.

The spa access
Their breakfast pattern is not the best, I believe buffet breakfast is far more better, foods get cold before it gets to you and also their hot drinks is not hot as it supposed to be
