time and a wonderful hotel and all the staff are very nice and help full and the food is very nice thanks for are relaxing stay i think the staff made it better and the headed pool was verynice jut wich we had more time in the spa area

We celebrated our mum's 90th birthday in the Chetham Suite. Hayley had been excellent in responding to our needs for the booking. The staff were all as helpful and friendly as possible. Thank you for helping us make this a memorable celebration.

We had a nice time, the room wasn’t 10/10 but we didn’t spend much time in there. The pub was great, loved the location and the spa but I feel like the staff could have been a little more accommodating

Taken time for repairs may I suggest that management hold spare parts for items breaking on a regular basis and getting fixed locally
