The staff were so helpful. Check in was a breeze (they have disabled the car parking charge so that's good, not sure I would pay £10 to park up overnight). We booked via Groupon and had a meal in with the deal. The meal was exceptional, Krishna was brilliant, he was so attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was also at breakfast and again everyone was on the ball. Breakfast was very good and the choice amazing.
We had room 613, bit of a walk to get there but it was worth it. Very clean. Water was very hot. Bed was very comfy. Large screen tv, what more could you ask for.
The spa was very busy so we did not go in.
Highly recommended.

Good hotel ...staff seemed a little over whelmed at the bar, and food was average. Spa bit was good and pool was really nice. overall a solid 4/5

Had a wonderful stay for one night. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was brilliant. Enjoyable stay. Would go there again.

Very nice hotel with good swimming pool. Well cooked breakfast. Parking charges for car park had been waived but as this hotel is in quite a rural area was surprised hotel guests would be charged for parking.
