Great place to stay and very friendly staff. Irene is exceptional she is always willing to help whatever I ask. I spend most of my time there for business meetings and she is always on hand with a smiling face for anything I need.

Had a fabulous, welcoming check in from Sheila when I arrived. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Team kindly arranged a late dinner for me and the food was great.
Greeted by the charming Claire & Julie for checkout, and Julie made sure I knew where breakfast was served.

I recently visited the Mercure Bolton Georgian House Hotel for a meeting and had such a positive experience. A special shoutout to Julie and Katie, who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Julie was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was set up just right, and Katie was super attentive throughout, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.
They were both friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—nothing was too much trouble. Their support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Big thanks to both of them!
