More pricey than local hotel rooms but was pleasant
Friendly staff and pretty venue
Running up to the event I had several options to ‘upgrade to a room with a toilet’ the cost to upgrade was a lot more but when I got to the room I already had a loo included so was unnecessary stress leading up to the event. Maybe was a gimmic to get you to upgrade but kept getting the notifications on booking.com

Rooms were clean and spacious with a good view
The spa and pool were good although there was limited access mentioned but not enforced. I was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. Breakfast was good.

Great facilities, free parking and wi go, good good and lovely spa
Bar service sucked, slow and both guys had absolutely no personality. Waited ten minutes for a Bloody Mary and then told they didn’t have any tomato juice

Room was very clean and had everything we needed (e.g. iron, hairdryer) which was so useful as we were there for a wedding. Breakfast was lovely, the staff at breakfast and reception were excellent.
