Dawn very kindly fitted in my 2 elderly black shorthair cats. They desperately needed nails trimming and the addition of all over groom was not to be missed!<br><br>Both cats immediately took to Dawn and were happy to accept fuss. The groom was professional, calm and efficient.<br><br>Dawn showed me the amount of hair she got out of both. It was alot! I can't imagine how many furballs she has saved my cats from!<br><br>I find Dawn to be a consummate profession with a friendly and approachable manner.<br><br>I should add I did my research before entrusting my pets with Dawn and found her experience and qualifications to be excellent.<br><br>I will be a returning customer.

We checked into this hotel today, very weary after our long journey, a lady in the bar called Irene greeted us with a friendly welcoming smile , she served us some tea and was extremely helpful, so nice to have a friendly efficient greeting.
