Stayed on business for one night in single room. Comfortable but a bit cramped as no side table for bed.Nice view at back of hotel over hills. Bathroom very nice but impossible to shower without a bit of spillage as screen far too small

Breakfast and bar service very good

Excellent accommodation, rooms modern with good facilities: tv tea & coffee making facilities. Restaurant offering a comprehensive range of meals to suit all budgets. Staff very attentive and eager to assist. Speedy check in and out. Parking facilities. Nice bar to relax in. Would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

We stayed at the Red Hall Hotel for one night, the rooms are very clean, warm and well appointed, there is a power shower in most room's which are really good. There is free Wifi throughout the hotel including in the bedroom. There is ample car parking with cctv security. The staff are very welcoming ,warm and are happy to help. The hotel has a very good menu, however we chose to go in to the small village of Ramsbotham where a taxi cost less than £3. Ramsbotham boasts some very nice restaurants, wine bars and pubs. I would recommend the Red Hall Hotel.

We stated at this hotel in October as we were attending a 30th Birthday Party there. The rooms are lovely and very clean although the walls are a little thin and we could hear the couple in the next room getting very friendly!
The staff were friendly and welcoming and we had a quick easy check in. We did not have the chance to eat at in the restaurant but it looked very nice.
We will definitely stay there again if we are attending functions in the area.

A very comfortable, enjoyable stay with modern clean rooms. Stayed with the family(teenagers) so had 2 rooms - both which had lovely crisp white bed linen, fab towels and were very clean.
It had amazing staff! The receptionist was very courteous yet friendly; the restaurant (dinner & breakfast) staff very efficient and the bar staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I got to the hotel after a long flight from Melbourne with a missed connection I was tired and hungry.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient I was in my room in 2 minutes and eating a bar snack in 15. Both room and food were warming.

This is a lovely hotel. Booked through a Travelzoo voucher offer so paid a low price.

The best bits:

The very friendly, helpful and pleasant staff who are a credit to the hotel, especially those on reception. From ringing up to check whether a room was available for our dates before booking the Travelzoo offer to signing in and out the staff were excellent.

The breakfast, cooked to order and to perfection, and of a very high quality and standard. The coffee was nice and not bitter at all and served piping hot, as was the breakfast.

The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout

The slightly less than best bits.

The room was comfortable as was the bed and was well-appointed. However the room was small (Room 10) and was not very well designed and much better use could have been made of the space available to create a much lighter and airier room.

The window that opened wide was good to ensure air into the room. However, overnight because we were on the ground floor the window could not be left open as there was no opening fastener to enable the window to be left partly open.

The bathroom was lovely and well appointed however it was not easy to get in and out of the shower as there are no grab rails and the bath is deep. With the positioning of the wash hand basin next to the shower screen the shower screen could not be opened to enable the shower to be put on before getting in. The tap on the wash hand basin was not the right one for the basin as whenever it was turned on, even slightly, the water splashed all over the floor.

These are niggles really and, if TripAdvisor allowed scoring out of 10 rather than 5 I would have given it 9 out of 10.

Pleasant hotel in attractive surroundings. Reception staff friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights bed and breakfast. The breakfast was good, tasty and hot and plenty of choice. Would have been an excellent review but for a few little niggles.
On arrival we checked into the room and there was only one towel and one carton of milk. This was resolved however by reception staff.
The room was a downstairs room which was quite small and felt a bit claustrophobic as the window looked straight out onto a grass embankment. The window opened fully which made it hard to sleep as it could not be opened at night as no safety catch on it. I can't imagine what it must be like in summer when it is hot outside.
The bathroom was very small and you could lean on the sink whilst sitting on the loo!! The shower screen only opened about an inch as it hit the sink so you had to get in the bath to switch on the shower. Accessing the bath was no mean feat either, not one grab rail and the bath was quite deep. Shower not very powerful. When you used the sink, the water sprayed all over as the taps were not designed for that particular kind of sink. I washed my hands and had to get changed as I was soaked. No heated towel rail so towels could not be used again, but saying that they couldn't have been used again as we had to wipe up the water from the bathroom floor.
One thing I found uncomfortable was the TV on the wall, it was very high up and made watching it very hard unless you stood at the back of the room.
All in all not a bad place but would not choose to stay here again.

Could not express enough how bespoke the weddings at Red Hall are.
Every single detail was checked with us and options discussed on the run up to the day.
Donna was amazing, with lots of helpful ideas and always available by email or phone.
On the day all staff were helpful and attentive. The bridal suite was called every time a vendor arrived to keep us updated and keep nerves at a minimum.
The food was incredible and everyone was served at the same time.
The day was perfect and lots of guests commented on the smooth running and personalised touches.
Thank you so much everyone at Red hall!
