2nd time we have been to this hotel for a event, 1st time was our friends wedding and tonight was an 80s night. The ladies all had fun and sang along to most of the songs.

I had a great experience . The dentist Haseeb was very professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the procedure, making me feel comfortable and well cared for. He explained everything clearly and showed great skill and attention to detail.
Zaineb the receptionist was also incredibly helpful and kind, making the whole visit feel smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Thank you both for your excellent care and for making what could have been a stressful appointment a positive experience. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Nice spa, large bed, lovely well kept grounds.
There was a large group of women in the spa who were very noisy. Also came back to their room after midnight and were shouting. Someone in another room came out and told them to be quiet.
Electrics werent working in the room when we arrived but were quickly fixed.

Poor attention to detail. Rooms need deep cleans. Rooms also need mufflers or hinges on doors! Food is only adequate! Car park is too small and needs better lighting.
