Very comfortable. The team are excellent. It was very busy but they still managed to serve very quickly. My room was a little dated but fully functional. Lovely hotel. I haven't had a chance to use the spa, but it looks welcoming.

As a Private Hire Driver, living in Brighton, and working within the Mid Sussex area, I found issues with the car i was using as a taxi.<br>I started to look for a replacement, newer vehicle.<br>I tried various different companies in my search.<br>Only one particular company, made me comfortable in my search.<br>Within minutes of me making a search on the The Car Company website I received a call from one of there representatives, I explained I had just begun my search, and was still even undecided on what exact make<br>of vehicle I wanted.<br>The car I looked at was a hybrid Toyota Corolla.<br>I was reassured that that was an excellent choice for use as a taxi.<br>He was very personable, persuading, but not pushy.<br>In short after a few weeks of good advice and gentle persuasion, I decided to travel to Manchester from Brighton, Sussex with a particular car that ticked almost every box of my search.<br>He was very reassuring in explaining the points I had concerns about, especially my concerns on obtaining finance.<br>Having finalised the deal, and consequently collected the car, I am so happy with my choice.<br>Can't thank you enough Kasim Abbas.<br>Well done.<br><br>Kind regards Roy Lawson.<br>Invoice no.9974<br>Toyota Corolla<br>YO21 WBD

Overnight spa package and evening meal stay. It was okay for £165pp mainly due to the company. The room was tired and had a large dirty stain on the fabric seat (room 55) and the bottom of bath is pure brown so we didn’t use. Comfortable beds and fantastic view 🤍🪴. Room has a connecting door, it’s literally someone’s else’s room - our ‘neighbour’ had a windy night…. we heard every drum roll and round of applause on offer. Spa/ infinity pool is not very big, lots of people who like ‘dancing like no one’s watching’ so be prepared for a lot of skin to skin contact and a decent view of the car park. Evening meal was exceptionally presented and cooked albeit most meals actually have an additional cost - we paid it to upgrade. Wasn’t overly busy but wasn’t asked if we would like any further drinks from our first and to be honest we probably would have ordered each time we were asked - for 3 hours dining - big margin missed. Spa treatment was very good and we were all happy with this. Breakfast was absolutely foul. Eggs tasted like plastic and awful Cumberland sausages or vegan.very limited choice didn’t eat anything. Toilets in the bar/ restaurant stink so bad that could be a drainage issue . Value = treatment £50, spa session £10 evening meal without sub £20, room for a 3 star ‘motel’ £50 breakfast £0 = worth £135

The move out of our house was done smoothly and professionally by Patrick and Scott and the move into our new home from storage was done just as efficiently by Scott and Ray. The guys were pleasant, helpful and worked really hard . We would definitely recommend them.

Didn’t put the beds back together correctly. Left the tape on the drawers of the bed, which was very difficult to remove. Very heavy handed with fridge freezer. Although, prompt and got the job done quickly.
