Called with a blocked drain, the company answered (many didn’t) and came out the same day - between Xmas and new year.. Quickly diagnosed a collapse (evidenced via CCTV footage) and returned 2 days later to fix. The fix involved digging up part of a gravel driveway, which they did and afterwards, returned it to exactly how they found it - you couldn’t even tell they had been. Would recommend: responsive, transparent, tidy.

I had the fortunate chance to use Senior Waste Removals today and I cant recommend them enough! I booked a collection with the lovely Heather yesterday who was really helpful with pricing and an estimate. After agreeing the price, she booked me in for a collection today. The lads arrived exactly when they said they would and even rang me 15 mins before their arrival to tell me they were on their way. They removed everything that I had asked them too, left the area clean and tidy and worked in a professional manner. Lovely and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. Kind, polite and with lovely manners. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for a 5 star service!

Wonderful hotel, pub, been a number of times and always had a wonderful experience. The gym is well laid out and has everything you need for a good workout. We stay at this hotel twice a year when visiting family, and it has always been a comfortable and welcoming place. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, with Lydia and Irene standing out in particular. They even remembered us from our last visit and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel is dog-friendly, which is a big plus for us. Although the decor is a little dated and some areas feel a bit worn, this is reflected in the cost, which is very reasonable. It’s always clean and well-maintained, so we really can’t complain. The breakfast is consistently good and the room service is fantastic.
Even during holiday periods, the rates remain affordable. And the views across Bolton are a nice bonus. Thank you!
