Exec Summary: Good value for money and I'd stay again.
All of the staff were welcoming, without being sycophantic. The breakfast was very good for hotels of this rating. I watched freshly cooked food come out of the kitchen, served by a very hospitable member of staff. The car park is large and the common areas clean. The bed was comfortable.
I would invest in a few things: Some of the interiors need a touch up of paint, and the windows are showing their age. Power points with USB connections would have been welcomed.
The hotel is a little out of the way, but not massively inconvenient. The M6 can be heard from the rooms, not that this bothered me, it also means that access to the motorway is convenient.

Went looking at a vauxhall grandland today. Was greeted by a young man called Owi. He was very very helpful, took me to see the car, had a test drive in it. He was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and seemed to know his stuff. I would recommend him to anybody.

The owner himself assisted me throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The sales representative ( Arezo and Sharam) who served me also went out of his way to assist with everything, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.<br><br>Not only did the car come with only one key, but the owner ordered a new one at no additional cost to me. He even included service and a warranty for the vehicle, which was incredibly generous. When I encountered some issues, he promised to take care of them promptly, giving me peace of mind.<br><br>This level of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate being treated with such care and respect.
