Stayed 2 night bed and breakfast. Privileged room was nice clean big fantastic bed. Had food in the restaurant first night. Staff were welcoming. Danielle and Jess. We asked to book in for the Saturday night and was told it would be arranged.

It but the sausages were tough and cold. I don’t try the rest as it looked like it had been out a while.
We sat in the bar before dinner on the Saturday, the area was very cold even with heater but I guess it’s due to the age of the building. We went to our restaurant booking to be told we was not booked in and there was no room for us. So we had to retreat back to the bar to order food. My caesar salad was mixed with mayonnaise not Caesar dressing but we had waited that long we didn’t speak up as everyone was so busy. Jess on the bar was rushed off her feet but still

We stayed for one night for a spa treat. The executive room which was really cheap to upgrade to was beautiful. Lovely comfy beds and modern. All
Of the staff we came across couldn’t have been more helpful. They were all happy, helpful and professional.
The spa was lovely, we had a nice swim and used the steam rooms and sauna.
Evening meal which was included in our deal was lovely, my only suggestion would be that they offer a better selection of gluten free options. Maybe just a gammon on chicken dish. Again breakfast was great, hot, fresh and great staff.
An absolute bargain of a spa break. We will definitely be back.

I have massages and facials regularly, but struggle to relax. The lovely Emma was that good that I nearly fell asleep for the first time. What a credit she is to your hotel. The blonde lady on reception upon entering was fantastic also, showing me around and what's what. A great day and good value with the offer they have on. Thanks again Emma

We had a spa afternoon here today and it was lovely.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are approachable and welcoming.
The afternoon tea was lovely, the only criticism I have is that you get one pot of tea provided and after that you have to pay. But one pot of tea was to share between two people and made me and my mum one small mug each. I think maybe this should be a pot of tea each rather than to share. You get a glass of juice on arrival also. The afternoon tea had varies small deserts, various sandwiches and fresh scones with jam and cream.
The spa was basic but lovely and not overcrowded.
We really enjoyed the marin back massage. It was lovely and they even had a room to accommodate two people. So me and my mum had a joint treatment which was nice. The therapists were lovely and welcoming. They were great and the products smell and feel amazing.
I look forward to returning soon with my partner this time.

Wow we have just been spoilt rotten on our recent trip for my friend’s 40th birthday! Upon arrival we were upgraded to a more nicer room, then inside the room was yummy dessert and written on the mirror ‘happy 40th’ . Then at dinner and breakfast we were given glasses of fizz to celebrate!
We had a lovely spa too with 2 facials and dinner, bed and breakfast and late check out at 12. Totally worth the money for the comfort of the stay and attention to details making us feel so special all of our stay! Definitely recommend if you want a spa hotel that not going to break the bank but it still beautiful in fantastic surroundings! Thank you so much to all the welcoming and friendly staff!

Had a great stay changed room at first which was quick due to Jess and her great knowledge on reception, she seemed like a great person and great employee
The pool and spa was clean and very relaxing I would recommend this hotel if your staying in the Blackburn area !

Lovely hotel nice room with a large bed. Breakfast was nice but the evening meal a bit of a let down. Starters were ok but not much choice on the mains for us, we would have had fish and chips or the pie and chips but both nights they had run out of them. Friday night we had a very long wait between courses because they were short staffed but Saturday night was much better. Desserts were ok to. It’s a shame the restaurant lets this hotel down.

My daughter and I are currently on a one night stay and have enjoyed some very relaxing drinks in the bar. Thank you so much to Mal and Liam. Nothing was too much trouble! They also showed so much support for the rest of their team. Exceptional service.

Beautiful hotel rooms. We ate at the bar, and Mal and Liam were so accommodating, engaging and polite. It is clear they are great with all customers as it was very busy but there was a calm environment and everyone seemed satisfied. It was so lovely to see them training up new staff in a supportive way too!
