Relaxing, good food
Nice location, a real shame about the nearby building developments. Spa facility and pool is great and not too busy
Decor is jaded, carpets can be stained/worn, paintwork edges are chipped. It is a really nice place but needs some TLC

Liked it here but would have stayed elsewhere except the location worked for us. Easy to get to Manchester city centre on train. Didn't eat here except for breakfast which was well organised and good. Plenty of parking and a bar.

Fabulous.
I absolutely love this property , I stay every time I’m in Bolton: we arrived to a prelit , warm and toasty warm room ready for us.

Enjoyable, relaxing and generally good.
Breakfast is good, but not buffet style, so there can be a wait at busy times. Room was nice and the bed was huge. The Drop Inn pub has been renovated in places which is good. Lots of parking. SPA is amazing
Some communal areas have paint flaking off woodwork and some dining furniture needs recovering.
