I went for my initial
Consultation. The dentist I saw on the bottom floor was amazing.
He delivered person centred care. He listened
And understood all my concerns and insecurities & worked with me , making me feel relaxed and in safe, competent hands.
He was thorough and offered a service with a smile and a gentle understanding person centred approach throughout.
Couldn’t recommend enough.

The reception is friendly & helpful. My dentist explained what treatment was required thoroughly, he brought pictures of my teeth up on the large tv and talked me through everything and answered my questions. The hygienist was helpful and offered advice. My overall experience of this dentist has been good.

Was very nervous avout going private with the dentist as i have seen some practises charge an extortionate amount but with being unabke to get on the nhs i bit the bullet after i cracked my tooth. They are close to me and the prices are affordable and very similar to the nhs prices the only is difference is you have to pay per filling where as nhs band 2 its one price for as many fillings as you need. I loved that i could book online and when i arrived the reception team was so lovely. The dentist was very kind and professional, i wa svery nervous and she took the time to lusten to my problem, any medical issues i had that might come in handy such as not being able to use ibuprofen for the pain, she took an xray and explained what needed doing to fix it and i had the option to choose if i wanted to go ahead or not. I was more than happy with my experience and i am due to go back soon to get it all fixed.

Been to this surgery several times over a tooth oiv had issues with and they've been great everytime at saving my tooth and putting me at ease. I needed an emergency appointment so rang up Monday morning and was given one for the Monday afternoon. They saw me on time and took xrays and informed me the tooth couldn't be saved anymore and I also had a bad Infection. They gave me the options and prices for each so I could make an Informed decision and the didn't rush me, they answered any questions I had. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the implant or bridge so went ahead with the extraction they asked me if I was definitely sure and they removed it then and there. They was great they checked the numbing injection worked before pulling the tooth. They kept asking if I was ok, if I had any pain. They gave me loads of advice on what to do when I got home. I couldn't fault them from getting the super quick appointment to the end. This was the Blackpool clinic but it wasn't on the surgery drop down.

I am registered at this dentist and have always had great care, if there's ever been an issue it's been dealt with quickly and with the up most respect towards me however this review is because I wanted to fill in my missing tooth after I lost it. My confidence took a massive hit so i debated a bridge or implant, I reached to a few local private dentists for quotes and the prices seemed high for what you got and synergy's price was the most competitive and I already felt comfortable with the team.I had an initial consultation and they explained all my options, prices and what it involved. I chose the implant because I didn't like the idea of having 2 healthy teeth filed for a bridge, it would last longer, be stronger and it actually worked out cheaper in the long run. They did the CT scans and sent me the report to decide and then I had another appointment to confirm my choice so we wasn't rushing into it and I had all the facts.i had the surgery yesterday, they used a surgical guide for keyhole surgery with me to keep the structural integrity of the bone I had. It was so quick and easy and I didn't feel a thing, the anesthetic pinch was the only bit of uncomfortableness that is had and that lasted a few seconds. Iv woken up today no pain, no swelling and I'm following the after care pack I was given, I have already had a phone call to check on me and make sure I am doing ok. My physical check up is in 2 weeks to make sure it is healing nicely so I think it's great that they care and check so frequently, all the check ups are included in the price so no extra hidden fees. The staff throughout the whole process the dentist,the nurses the receptionists were fantastic. Polite and kind and answered any questions I had. Initially I was scared and anxious about the thought of drilling into my skull and putting metal in, pain, bruising/swelling but so far iv had non and it's the best decision I made and I'm really looking forward to getting the crown fitted and smiling without a gap.
