I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Liz here at Grow Your Mindset. I recently passed my driving test, but I hadn’t been able to drive anywhere on my own due to my anxiety. I also hadn’t been able to go on the motorway, as they scared me far too much — partly because of what the media says and how often crashes seem to happen there.
Liz came into my work, and I spoke to her about how I was feeling. Since then, I’ve been on the motorway many times, and I’ve even booked trips to Thorpe Park and Blackpool!
