We have been dealing with this company for over 4 years, our office phones, our nursery phones, broadband etc, nothing is every too much trouble for them, the lines are reliable and the staff very helpful, any queries are answered straight away, and if it cant be rectified there and then they come up with the right solution to help. In this day and age when we are dealing with computers, AI, foreign call centres etc its a breath of fresh air to speak to someone who understands what we need for our business, and acts on it. Thank you to Dean who is always on hand to answer our questions, and keeps an eye on our accounts.

We have used / worked with Microcare for over 10 years, at the start or our working relationship we purchase a new Avaya system and during the last few months we moved over to a new 3CX VOIP phone sytem.
