I recently purchased a white 2022 Tesla Model 3 from The Car Co in Bury, and I honestly can’t fault the experience.
From the initial enquiry through to collecting the car, everything was handled really well. The sales process was straightforward, the documentation was all in order, and I was particularly impressed that everything was organised well enough for me to drive the car away the same day.
The car itself was presented really well — clean, tidy and exactly as described. It was clear that the team had made an effort to make sure the car was ready for collection, which made the whole experience even better.
A special mention has to go to Hassan Shah, who was my sales representative. Hassan was genuinely excellent throughout the whole process. He was friendly, professional and approachable, but more importantly, he actually went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was always happy to answer my questions, kept me informed and made the whole process feel easy rather than stressful.
Buying a car can sometimes be a bit of a headache, especially when you're dealing with finance, paperwork, vehicle preparation and all the other bits that come with it, but Hassan and The Car Co made the whole process feel very straightforward.
Even after the sale, I’ve been really pleased with the car and the service I received. The Tesla has been great so far and I’m genuinely happy with the purchase.
Overall, a really positive experience with The Car Co. Great selection of cars, good communication, a smooth buying process and excellent customer service.
And again, a big thank you to Hassan Shah for all his help. He’s a credit to the company and definitely deserves the recognition.

Another very comfortable stay the room was clean and had everything we needed for 2 nights we had a drink at the bar and met the lovley irene this lady is a credit to the hotel and makes you feel so welcome

Sahil was so understanding and polite.. he helped me to some food whilst I was feeling faint. My first time staying in any hotel. He made my first time really welcoming and positive no complaints here.....

Enjoyed our stay, room was lovely and clean with a great sized TV. Bathroom was slightly dated but clean all the same. We had dinner from the bar menu, the food was average, quite a wait for the starter but didn't mind too much. Heard others complaining though. Breakfast was great. Spa facilities were good, enjoyed a massage and facial from Alisha who was really amazing. Alisha was really knowledgeable about the treatment itself, explained everything well and made me feel really comfortable. Alisha also recommended products after the massage, knew loads about them, took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made recommendations explain why the product would suit me. There was also a really good deal on and i managed to get a lot of products for a really good price was very happy.

We stayed one night, dinner bed and breakfast. Overall it was great value for money, the food was great quality and it was ok pricing. Depending what you choose.
The room was lovely, with complimentary drinks and clean.
Breakfast was nice with a lot to choose.
We also used the spa and pool facilities, the pool is also open to the public which I felt was the only “downfall”, we received a spa day for our wedding gift, I think we were hoping for it a little more private, the spa was lovely and separated. Alisha completed my treatments, she was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She swapped things around to do my facial too which was lovely.
The afternoon tea was nice, little basic but fresh and pleasant.

This is the third time we visited this hotel as it's in the perfect place in which to visit relatives in Bury. The room was large and at the back there is just fields so nice and quiet. Breakfast was good despite not receiving one of the items I'd asked for in the full English. The down side was that the furniture in the room was a little dirty and drab, nothing that a lick of paint couldn't cure. The bathroom door was also dirty as was the radiator and showerhead. We were only staying the one night so not so important. The bed was comfy and the grounds was nicely maintained.
