I have recently had some 1:1 coaching with Nadia which has been transformative.
When I started I was highly stressed, highly anxious and was stuck with some deep routed trauma. My chest was tight, I felt like I couldn't breathe some days, and I felt really unhappy. After only 6 sessions I feel totally different. I no longer feel anxious, I have no pains in my chest and I feel tonnes calmer and happier.
Not only have these physical effects been noticeable, I've come away with tools I can use for always, which will help me should any of this start to return.
I am so grateful to have met Nadia who was exactly the coach I needed. Very tentative and kind yet firm and assertive. She has a wealth of knowledge and an amazing coaching style that I would highly recommend.
I would call Nadia again in a heartbeat should I ever need any more sessions 🙏❤️🙏

We regularly use Mecure Georgian House for our annual conference and have done so for many years. The service from staff is always excellent and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others, and often do.
