Even though it is a city centre hotel and it is quite dated in places.I have always had a good time using it,the staff are extremely helpful and the food and drink are decent.

Stayed with the lovely friendly staff last night

Stayed in room 614 had my evening meal and sat in the bar area.
The food was first class.
My room was spotless as usual and the bed was comfortable.
Great hotel, lovely staff ( reception ladies( are always welcoming and always willing to help.
Being an honest review the car park is tight as the hotel is having a refurbishment.
Apart from that can't wait to return.

Ideal hotel for when staying in Preston .walking distance from train station and town centre. Has a small gym on the too floor which is ideal.
