I have a great fear of dentists but always find that when I have any treatment here, they always put me at ease. Yesterday I had an extraction, my fears where acknowledged, he talked me through the entire procedure before starting and constantly checked on my well being throughout.
I can't say it's ever a pleasure, because how can it be, but I find the helpfulness, understanding and professionalism help to lighten the anxiety and experience.

Believe it or not a quite relaxing experience. A very professional service. This dentist is by far the best I have ever visited. He explains everything so you can understand and makes you feel at ease and that you are in good hands. I was always nervous of going to the dentist but not since I found Synergy.

I’ve been with Synergy for a while now after changing practice , and i’ve always found them brilliant. However in the last year i’ve had issues with my wisdom teeth (i’m 31) as both bottom teeth are impacted. When I was last in surgery they took x-rays to confirm and had to MESSAGE the lead surgeon to sign off on medication which took 20 mins of waiting! I was told by my dentist to chase up my referral with the hospital which I did , but to only be told that my dentist needed to expedite a letter in order for my to been seen faster. I rang my surgery back on the same day to be told the surgeon would ring me to discuss , which no one did. I gave up trying to get back in touch and have just carried on as normal, but I can’t wait to be on antibiotics every month for a year until they are removed! (I also have gastric issues)
I can’t however fault my dentist as she’s been the same face everytime and she is brilliant! I suffer with social anxiety and RSD , so to have a familiar face who is so understanding with my fears is so reassuring!
