We like the location as we come for the football. The surrounding areas are great
One member of staff was very rude upon arrival. She didnt make us feel welcome at all. Before it was a radisson hotel the staff were brilliant and accommodation.much better. Breakfast was chaotic on the first morning as not enough staff to clear tables . Some food ran out no.mugs or glasses. Poor choice of fruit and yogurts

Paul and Tom from We Move Anything were fantastic. We moved from Manchester to Cumbria and they took all the worry out of moving out belongings. They were on time and very efficient, and took good care with all our valuables. Overall a 5 star service!

great gym and pool and handy Starbucks is on site very clean and comfy beds
restaurant is very expensive for what you get I paid £19 for a piece of salmon on rice with a water. charge of 5/day for parking and 5/day for gym is excessive as hotel not cheap
