Bolton , the hotel , room , reception , spa was all excellent. Restaurant service was very slow. Overall a nice place. We would go again but poss look at eating out.

Scott and Luke were fantastic. They were on time, really friendly and helpful, did everything as quickly as possible and all round the experience was so easy and great. Also need to say that Emily was also super helpful with sorting out times and dates. Will definitely be using again & recommending to friends.

Location is lovely
The room was too warm and only 1 widow would open...the other was locked.
Also one 1 tiny bottle is not sufficient for 2 people...maybe 1 person is better .
Also when I was drying my hair and doing my makeup, I could not sit at the dressing table and look in mirror as the mirror is too high up.
