Went to a joint 50th/70th family celebration last night and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using this venue. The room is stunning with fabulous views over Bury. The staff were wonderful, extremely courteous and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Huge bi-folding doors which opened the room up to the lovely balcony when it was extremely hot outside but also could be closed if there was a a breeze which unfortunately as the evening wore on there was. 10/10 for everything.

Came to the hotel for a weekend of Pendle Witch Tours and ghost hunting. Had a fantastic time. The staff pre so friendly, especially Courtney who was waiting on us in the portrait room.

Stayed here for the Pendle witch tour weekend ,although in places the building needs some TLC the staff here are very welcoming and attentive , it was extremely warm this weekend , we requested a fan and it arrived within 20 minutes , the check in was brilliant , and a special mention to Courtney our waitress for the weekend , always a smile on her face and always attentiveand nothing was too much trouble , keep being you Courtney you're a star

Location lovely room was nice when we eventually got in wasnt ready
People above use walking around around at night so our sleep was disturbed our room wasnt ready also so we was late for spa which we was told to book a time but I felt it was a open for anyone to come in felt busy x

This hotel was a cute little find on our way to Greta on the green area. We arrived Manchester early and wanted a place to stay in between and this town and hotel ended up working out. They have a nice bar and breakfast area. Lots of food choices - and good service. The rooms are modern enough with good air con - this was a hot time for the UK so it was perfect. The most standout person at this property was Laura. She is the front desk manager and her skills show thru well. She was very attentive and professional even when dealing with another customer who was trying to talk to her while she was working to check me in. She handled it well. This location is a short walk from the high streets with shops and services as one would expect. Overall we had a nice stay in Preston - a cute little town. Would come back to this area again in the future.
