Lovely location, nice room and fantastic experience at the spa. Spa staff were fantastic and massage was one of the best. Let down by some staff attitudes and delays in restaurant. Not prepared for football match even though it was advertised as on in the bar. One senior member of staff funny about guests sorting extra television out themselves as staff just left us to do so and couldn’t get it working. Staff attitude seemed to be a problem especially with that senior member of staff who to be honest was very rude.

I use this hotel regularly and there’s always a friendly welcome from the team. Sam was on the desk tonight and effortlessly added an extra night to my booking due to last minute changes in my schedule and found a room I could keep without moving.

We had a brilliant time at last drop with the warm pool the saunas steam rooms and the food was really nice. The place is a really good set up nice little village with shops all in same area. Breakfast a bit slow but once we got it, it was really nice well worth the price definetly going back again

With me being scared of goin to the dentist all my life i was scared of going to day for my double extraction .but i neddent have worried .your staff were excellent at caring for me from receptionist to surgeon .my surgeon miss khan put my mind at ease by explaining very clearly the procedure .and explaind what was goin on thru it aswell.what a great team you have .thankyou and keep up the good work
