Lovely place to stay when visiting Bolton. Definitely recommend it.
Gorgeous hotel with wonderful surroundings and very nice staff. Size of the room was fantastic.
Breakfast was missing some items according to the leaflet and beds weren't very well made and cleaning during the stay wasn't great, although when we arrived it was spotless.

George and his team recently replaced two front curved bay window for me and I couldn't be more satisfied. George's attention to detail is second to non,the windows look great and the finish is fantastic. The team made sure everywhere was clean and tidy when they finish and even repainted any wood that need tidying above the windows.would recommend George and his team to anyone looking to have new windows fitted.

Well located near a retail center
The bed mattress was not at the expected quality. The windows opened directly into the hotel corridor without opening to the outside. It was simply not possible to stay in the room without everyone crossing the main corridor being able to see directly inside. Staying in this room must be done with the curtains drawn. It seems to me that I received no warning of this state of affairs when I made my reservation.

Always lighting, people who stay are there for a reason to get dressed up for an occasion, and the lamps etc are so dim, need to be able to switch a bright light on in the bedroom to get ready, and makeup 💄
