This is to thank you for helping to make our stay at the Dunkenhalgh hotel so very special from arrival at reception to leaving for home.
We have never experienced such attention to detail before and both the service and friendliness of the staff was
exceptional-second to none!!!

Beautiful hotel, staff and surroundings
I have stayed in this hotel many times and always love my stay here.
The staff are all friendly and helpful.
The rooms are lovely with all facilities working well.

Would recommend
We have stayed a few times now. Staff are polite, rooms are great especially the dog accessible courtyard rooms, location is great... especially for dog walking and the spa is a nice bonus relax after being tired out by the dogs! Would definitely recommend, great value for money.

Overnight stay on a coach holiday weekend, never left the hotel so can't comment on the location. The hotel room was one of the best I've stayed in, very clean and comfortable. The food on offer at dinner was a set menu but quality very good and breakfast excellent choice. All staff very polite and helpful.

Jake & Chris assisted myself with moving long distance back in June.They packed my belongings carefully and quickly. Upon arrival at my new home we had to wait for the keys to arrive even though the housing firm had notice of our approximate time of arrival. They waited without complaint and were thoroughly professional and helpful throughout the unloading of my stuff and even though they were behind time getting back to Bury, through no fault of their own, they made sure all was placed in my new home exactly were I requested. Thank you so much!
