Really convenient hotel for our one night stay. Close to motorway, but otherwise no other amenities in the immediate vicinity. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Excellent spacious room, comfy beds, spotlessly clean bathroom with toiletries provided, and good selection of drinks on the tea tray. Good wifi signal too.
Did not dine in the hotel so cannot comment on evening food, but breakfast was excellent - a good choice on the cold buffet and hot food cooked to order with quality ingredients. Toast was a DIY affair, but at least this was good bread and proper toasters ( not the continental slow/ineffective type). Some noise from adjacent rooms was the only downside. Otherwise our room overlooking the rear of the hotel was quiet with a countryside view. Might be noisier in rooms on the front.

Room ok although carpet and side of bed needed a good scrub! Walls are very thin and we could hear everything next door and upstairs. Room quite small but ample for a one night stay.

Lovely hotel, in a fairly quiet location but close to the motorway and just a short drive into Bury and Ramsbottom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast menu.

A perfectly decent hotel, very handy for M66 (Junction 1) but still quiet and enjoyable. A bit of a rabbit warren inside, but you soon get the hang of it.
Excellent restaurant and staff - well worth trying its rosette. Good secure car park.

Had the pleasure to attend a wedding at the hotel and stayed over for the night, it was a fantastic wedding and the room was one of the best I have stayed and let's not forget the superb breakfast, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Couldn't fault the hotel at all, our room was perfect, clean and very comfy. Loved watching the family of deers out of the window. Also breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return
