Stairs with no lift, made carrying baby + pram + luggage very tricky. Room a little dated in finish.

the outdoor pool but id say cut tree's down for the veiw
half the sauna did not work

Would definitely visit again
Hotel was excellent, staff were super friendly, and had 2 greats, one in drop inn pub and one in restaurant. Food and service was fantastic, and pool and spa facilities top drawer.
No complaints, shame pool table was out of order đ

Nice place but felt let down by the customer service.
Good facilities and nice room
Breakfast staff - felt as if they didnât want you to be there and you were an inconvenience.
Asked for a wake up call and it didnât happen 2 out of 3 days. Excuse made the first morning, 2nd morning it wasnât on their system and 3rd morning I had someone come and knock on the door.
