Spa, the restaurant was lovely food
No fridge in the room. Also the little patio outside the bar area table and chairs need replacing they where all uneven

Lovely spa hotel. Could do with a few updates. Food was excellent.
We stayed in a separate block which was nice & quiet. The spa facilities were really nice. Beds were comfy. Food was excellent 😊
The rooms were a little dated. The spa showers should be more private. Breakfast was a bit chaotic.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast!
Spa could do with TLC- funky smell from the steam rooms. Incorrect meal also on the evening in the bar- was given a complimentary drink

Good value, comfortable stay
Clean comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Very nice staff. Accommodated my daughter, her baby son and dog who joined us for breakfast on our last morning. Love the little shops and Bakehouse too

Much needed break
The facilities were lovely and the staff were fabulous. The little village is so quaint and the shop owners really pleasant and accommodating.
The breakfast was delicious and prompt. The mattresses and carpets were tired and stained and in need of updating

Was ok for one night
Staff very friendly for checking in and out.
I think for the money I paid for one night the room was a little dated. It wasn’t disgusting by any means but me personally would have liked to have seen a more pristine room.

Pleasant enough room, but could be cleaner. Lovely food and area. Great Spa, although limited access is annoying.
Village atmosphere, having its own Inn and shops as well as a lovely Spa.
Bakery disappointing in the small amount offered including melted ice-cream. Room was ok but not as big as I expected and not as clean.

Room was spacious and clean but a little cold. Reception staff very polite and helpful.
We booked breakfast for 1015 on the Sunday. We arrived a the restaurant at 1010 and were seated by 1015 when our order was taken for two full English breakfasts. We eventually got served our food at 1110. Unfortunately there was no communication from the staff as to why there was such a delay as people who arrived after us had been served and left the restaurant. My wife asked on two occasions why we had been waiting so long and got told they would chase it up with the kitchen. This was the only negative during our stay but did put a bit of a cloud over the stay.
