Came for the wedding event, had a blast venue was big, bar staff was amazing and ramzah offered great service, helped me whenever I needed assistance all in all great experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for nice service and big function rooms.

Excellent customer service across all areas of the hotel.
Dining and bar area - Irene was amazing. She couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Her customer service was excellent.
The other bar person working on Thursday 16th, evening meal (I never caught her name) was extremely helpful and professional.
Lydia- Breakfast. The service was excellent and dinning area very clean and tidy.
The ladies on reception were friendly and accommodating for our groups needs. Amazing customer service.
Lastly, the cleaning staff (Vanessa, Kirsty , Jen and Tracy) provided a first class service 13th-17th October 25. The room was very clean and the room was freshly prepared each day. Thank you ladies.
