Arrived to be told we had to book a time to use the spa but they only had one time available that clashed with our evening meal slot (which they refused to move). So despite us booking their 'spa break offer' we were unable to use the spa facilities. The manager gave us a bottle of wine to apologise which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the next day we discovered at our spa treatment that we should have had dressing gowns and slippers in our room, and the staff refused to provide us with one. Some of the staff were very inattentive - the worst being when I was totally ignored by the bar man for about 5 minutes whilst he continued to walk past me several times and i was the only person at the bar. Unfortunately it was a very busy weekend (valentines), however, we had booked a spa break and so i'd expect them to have capacity for us to have a spa break. I'm sure the experience is much better if you go on a quieter weekend, but i certainly wouldn't recommend going for a special occasion as they were overwhelmed and disorganised, they'd clearly significantly overbooked numbers on the spa.

Loved it. Booked as a treat for my mum. Staff were very courteous and helpful . A beautiful place in Nice surroundings. We enjoyed the surrounding countryside. Beautiful food. Highly recommended. Should be available on the NHS. Good value for money

We stayed in February for my wife’s birthday. Although overall it was fine,there was no hot water in our room so had to shower back at the spa. Also as it was busy we had to queue for the spa facilities rather than have unlimited access!

My self and my daughters had a lovely time at the last drop village all the staff were very pleasent and helpful dinner and breakfast was excellent the spa was very good we did not pay for any treatments thank you so much for a lovely time 😁yours sincerely Norma

Me and my mum really enjoyed this superb experience at the last drop village & SPA hotel.
Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a SPA break and for sure will go there back again.

I stayed here a few years ago for a family event and the hotel has improved considerably since then. We had a family celebration here and the staff could not have been more helpful. The food was also of a high quality. We took time to enjoy the spa, which was equally good.

We stayed as a guest for a wedding and we was out in the city yard rooms which was very lovely and clean. Not bad on price for the weekend either. Breakfast was good lots to choose from staff very young but friendly

Beautiful site. Excellent location for outdoor walks.
However old carpets in some rooms need replacing
Events ccordinators were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The spa and swimming pool were fabulous.

Ok hotel, but it needs a really good clean, main stairs and walkway carpets are filthy everywhere and rooms aren’t much better.
I’ve stayed a few times for work and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a room that’s actually been hoovered. Take slippers if you’re staying here.
Fair bit of noise from corridors and doors banging but the beds are comfy.

Fantastic time at the spa very clean and friendly staff, lovely evening meal with many choices & great selection for breakfast.
Staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble.
