Service all sorted within a couple of hours while I worked in their waiting area, drinking lovely coffee...what more could I ask for. Also able to book the service in at a time that suited me which is another bonus.
Only thing to make it 5 stars would be if the boot was vacuumed too.

I stayed here on the 1st April - as an away supporter for the Reading Bolton match..
Great hotel but what made my visit was the superb service and attentiveness from one individual- a lovely lady who was working the bar area early on in the morning.
Sorry didn’t catch her name but please go back and check the Rota…she is to be commended fully - absolute gem.

They need more experienced people at their front desk/kiosk. No phone, or mini fridge in the room (if you need to refrigerate meds ie insulin you're screwed), no ice machine anywhere, no real accommodations for vegans. The hotel has "a surrounded by highways / out in the boonies" feel. As such they need a visible TOUR desk that offers tours with transportation. It feels well used by locals with their popular gym. But if you're not driving you'll feel stranded in the boonies.
